Denise Kleiman launched Kleiman Consulting in 1997 and has leveraged her 25 years of human resource experience to establish herself as a reliable resource and confidant. Prior to 1997, Denise directed core HR functions such as Recruiting, Organizational Development, Training and Development (Domestic and International), Cross-Cultural Development, Compensation and Benefits, Legal Compliance/EEO and Generalist functions in respected companies such as Neiman-Marcus, ARCO, and Continental Airlines.
